In the coming months, Xiaomi will launch its highly anticipated Pad 7 Series, the successor to the popular Pad 6 Series. Xiaomi is expected to introduce two new models: the Pad 7 and the Pad 7 Pro. China’s 3C certification, as well as Singapore’s IMDA database, already lists the Pro model. In a recent post, tipster DCS revealed a few details about these upcoming tablets.

Xiaomi Pad 7 will be powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor. It will sport an 11-inch 144Hz 3K LCD display. Further, there is a massive 10,000mAh battery with 120W fast charging, according to a recent Weibo post by DCS.

The Pad 7 Pro is said to have the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor and a 144Hz OLED display, according to previous leaks. It is expected that the battery capacity and charging speed will be the same as the standard Pad 7. HyperOS 2.0 is expected to launch alongside the Xiaomi 15 series alongside these tablets, according to DSC.

Tablets are expected to debut in October along with the Xiaomi 15 series, previously slated for Q3 of 2024. Initially, both tablets will be available in the Chinese market, and they are likely to reach the global market later. Xiaomi Pad 7 Pro has already cleared Singapore’s IMDA certifications, so we know it will eventually ship outside China.
