Xiaomi has released a poster confirming the launch of the Mix Flip on July 19 in the home market. In addition to the Mix Flip, Xiaomi will announce the Xiaomi Mix Fold 4, the Redmi K70 Ultra, the Xiaomi Watch S4 Sport, the Xiaomi Smart Band 9, and the Xiaomi Buds 5. Additionally, Xiaomi has revealed the Mix Flip’s design and key specifications.
Design:
Xiaomi Mix Flip will be available in black, white, and purple colours. It appears that the purple variant has a dual-tone finish at the bottom.
Xiaomi Mix Flip’s cover display occupies the entire upper half of the back panel, which has two cutouts for its vertical dual camera setup. Some software features allow for the dual-camera setup to be divided into a notification area and a wallpaper area below it.
There are two holes on the top edge of the phone, which could be used for the microphone and IR blaster. As for the bottom edge, it features a SIM slot, a USB-C port, a microphone, and a speaker. Unlike the left side of the device, the right side has a volume rocker and a power button.
Specs:
According to Xiaomi, the Xiaomi Mix Flip is powered by a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. It is coupled with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. The device will have a massive 4,780mAh battery and a 3D vapour chamber for heat dissipation. Additionally, its Leica optics feature a Summilux large aperture lens.
It runs HyperOS-based Android 14 and supports 67W fast charging.
