The Vivo V40 and V40 Pro are coming to India soon, according to Vivo. Vivo India’s website has now confirmed the key details of the phone V40 series. The brand has officially confirmed the following details.

Vivo V40 and Vivo V40 Pro, co-engineered with ZEISS optics, are set to launch in India soon. As shown in the image below, one of the V40 series phones has a 50-megapixel front-facing camera and a triple camera setup that includes a Sony IMX921 50-megapixel primary camera. The setup includes a 50-megapixel ultrawide lens and a 50-megapixel telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom.

Vivo V40 Pro is most likely to have these specs. The device sports a curved-edge OLED panel and an oval-shaped camera with a ring LED flash. It was recently spotted in Geekbench’s database with 8GB of RAM and the Dimensity 9200 Plus processor.

The Vivo V40 series will come with a 5,500mAh battery that can be charged in 80W. According to the company, the V40 series will have a 7.58mm thickness and a 5,500mAh battery, making it the slimmest phone in the country. Additionally, both models are IP68 dust and water-resistant.

Both the Vivo V40 and V40 Pro will be available in Titanium Grey and Ganges Blue. Lotus Purple will also be available for the V40.
