According to multiple certification websites, the Vivo V40 Pro is expected to arrive soon. According to the Bluetooth SIG website, the V2347 model number confirms the phone’s existence.
Geekbench also revealed key information about the device, including its chipset and RAM options. According to Geekbench CPU information, the vivo V40 Pro will have a Dimensity 9200+ platform. As on the Mediatek SoC, the phone will have a 1x core @ 3.35 GHz + 3x cores @ 3.0 GHz + 4x cores @ 2.0 GHz combo.
In addition to 8 GB of RAM, the phone will ship with Android 14 and Funtouch 14. The V40 Pro will likely be similar to the S19 Pro, available in China, since vivo often launches its S series phones under the V family overseas.
Vivo S19 Pro:
The new Vivo S18 Pro will sport a 6.78-inch 1.5K (1,260 x 2,800p) 10-bit AMOLED curved display with 120Hz refresh rates. The Vivo S19 Pro with Dimensity 9200+ SoC coupled with 12GB/16GB RAM and 256GB/512GB storage space.
Vivo S19 Pro features a 50MP main IMX921 sensor with an OIS coupled with an 8MP ultra-wide sensor. There is a 50MP IMX663 telephoto lens with 2x optical zoom having an aperture of f/1.98. On the front, it features a massive 50MP selfie shooter. The Aura Light ring flashes on both S19 phones provide softer illumination.
According to Vivo, the S19 series is equipped with Vivo’s Blue Heart AI model, which can enhance portrait photography.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 5G, 4G LTE, VoLTE support, Wifi 6, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and USB Type-C port. The device also comes with IP68 and IP69 ratings making it dust and water-resistant.
It packs a 5500 mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. The device runs on Android 14 with OriginOS 4.0 on top. It measures 7.58mm thick and weighs 192g. The device also gets NFC and in-display fingerprint support.
