Realme has unveiled a new member of the Narzo N series, which falls under both the price and capabilities of the N63. A very durable phone was the focus of the company’s efforts.
An integrated metal frame and die-cast aluminium structure are on the inside of the Realme Narzo N61, while reinforced glass covers the outside. An effort was made to seal the USB port and card slot. The main circuit board was also shock-absorbent. With the IP54 dust and water resistance rating and the TÜV Rheinland High-Reliability Certificate, this phone is dust and water-resistant.
Realme Narzo N61:
The new Realme Narzo N61 will sport a 6.74″ HD+ IPS LCD water-drop display with 90Hz refresh rate support. With a peak brightness of 560 nits and an AI dual-light sensor, the display provides “perfect brightness and visibility” in every moment. Additionally, it supports Mini Capsule, Rainwater Smart Touch technology, and air gestures that allow users to answer calls, muffle incoming calls, and change video streams.
Unisoc T612 SoC powers Realme Narzo N61 with 4GB/6GB RAM and 128GB/64GB storage space. It also gets a microSD card slot.
The Realme Narzo N61 will feature a 32MP main sensor and a useless Flicker sensor with LED flash. There is a 5MP Sony IMX355 selfie shooter placed under the punch-hole notch. The Realme Narzo N61 will pack a 5000 mAh battery with 10W fast charge support. It will run on Android 14 OS with Realme UI 5.0 on top.
The connectivity options include Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.0, Wifi, a 360° NFC and a USB Type-C port. There is also a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, FM Radio, IP54 rated, and a 3.5 mm audio jack.
The device also gets the new Realme Mini Capsule feature that works only while charging the device.
Pricing:
Currently, the 4/64GB model of the Realme Narzo N61 is available for 7,000 rupees on the company’s online store in India, though there is a 500-rupee coupon available for that price. A 6/128GB model costs ₹8,500 before the coupon. In a sense, this is a pre-order since the first sales start on Tuesday next week, August 6. Voyage Blue and Marble Black are the two colours available for the N61.
