The next OnePlus product event has been announced. Later this month, OnePlus will host its Summer launch event. The brand will eventually reveal the details about the upcoming devices in the coming days. The Summer launch event last year featured Nord-branded smartphones and TWS earphones.
On July 16, 3 pm CEST (6:30 pm IST), OnePlus will hold its Summer launch event in Milan, Italy. According to the microsite for the upcoming event on the company’s official website, a metal invitation card reads ‘Some say it’s impossible to make a smartphone with the strength, sophistication, and enduring quality of metal in the 5G era. It also states that metal, once the symbol of design excellence, has been abandoned with the rise of 5G.
OnePlus posted another teaser showing Nord in silver. It suggests that the OnePlus Nord 4 will feature a metal design. It is in line with the previous report that suggested a launch date. The upcoming offering’s predecessor launched last July. Details about the launch event will be revealed in the lead-up to the event. It is also expected that the OnePlus Buds 3 Pro TWS earphones and OnePlus Watch 2R will be unveiled at the Summer launch event.
