The Moto G85 was unveiled in Europe in June, and a month later it will hit Indian shores. Flipkart has revealed the pricing for the region for the brand’s upcoming smartphone, which was teased last week. While the price range might be an accident, it is in line with its mid-range status.
Through Google’s ads, the Moto G85’s pricing was spotted. This device was featured in the sponsored section of the search results list, along with its price tag for the 12GB + 256GB version. This device is expected to cost Rs.18,999/- in India. Please note that this is not the actual listed price, but rather the price after all the discounts have been applied. There will also be an 8GB + 128GB base variant tomorrow, but the price has not been announced yet. Moto G85 drops in India on 10th July 2024, which is today.
Moto G85:
The new Moto G85 will sport a massive 6.67-inch FHD+ pOLED 10-bit display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The device comes with the latest Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 SoC. It comes with an Octa Core processor clocked at 2.3 GHz, and the Adreno 619 GPU. The device is coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage space with microSD card support.
The device features a 50MP main sensor coupled with OIS & an 8MP ultra-wide sensor with LED flash. It features a 32MP selfie shooter under the punch-hole display. The device comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner along with IP52 certification making it water-resistant.
Additionally, the device features a dual-stereo speaker that supports both Dolby Atmos and Moto Spatial Sound, offering improved bass and vocals, as well as improved clarity.
The connectivity options include Dual Band Wifi, 5G, 4G LTE, FM Radio, Dual SIM support, A-GPS, GLONASS, NFC, USB Type-C, and Bluetooth 5.3. The device packs a 5000 mAh battery with 30W fast charge support. It runs on Android 14 OS out of the box.
