MediaTek quietly announces the new MediaTek Dimensity 7350 SoC built on 4nm TSMC process.

Designed for midrange devices, MediaTek’s Dimensity 7350 chipset offers strong performance. Dimensity 7350 phones won’t deliver high-end power, but they should be budget-friendly.

With an 8-core setup, MediaTek Dimensity 7350 is built using TSMC’s 2nd generation 4nm process. For graphics, this chipset is equipped with a Mali G610 MC4 GPU and 2nd Gen Armv9 processors that can reach speeds of up to 3.0 GHz.

Dimensity 7350 is equipped with 2 Cortex-A715 cores and 6 Cortex-A510 cores. It includes a MediaTek NPU 657 for AI tasks. In addition, the chipset features the Imagiq 765 ISP, which supports 14-bit HDR images. Video can be recorded in 4K at 30 frames per second and camera sensors up to 200 MP can be accommodated. It also supports both LPDDR5 and LPDDR4x RAM.

Dimensity 7350 is a mid-range processor with some limitations. The device supports only Full HD+ displays at 144 Hz and uses UFS 3.1 storage. Due to this, high-end smartphones won’t use this chipset.
