Huawei Band 8 is the company’s thinnest and lightest large-screen fitness tracker. It weighs only 14 grams, which is slightly lighter than the previous generation, and measures 8.99mm thick. With a 1.47-inch AMOLED screen offering 368 x 194-pixel resolution, narrow bezels, and a 2.5D high-quality curved glass screen, it delivers an exquisite appearance. Over 10,000 watch face styles are available for the Band 8 fitness tracker.

Huawei Band 8 supports fast charging, where a full charge takes 45 minutes, whereas 5 minutes provides two days of continuous use. With a fully charged battery, the Band 8 can last up to 14 days. With HarmonyOS 3.1, it is the first Huawei fitness band.

Huawei’s TruSleep 3.0 sleep monitoring technology is included in the Band 8, improving accuracy by 10 percent over previous generations. Users can get professional and scientific sleep advice with the improved algorithm. Furthermore, the company has launched the “Smart Sleep Improvement Plan” in collaboration with the China Sleep Research Association, which offers users a systematic and personalised approach to sleep interpretation and improvement.

HUAWEI TruSeen 5.0 heart rate monitoring technology has been added to the Band 8, which improves accuracy by 10 percent. There is a 7-day resting heart rate feature that provides a curve of the user’s resting heart rate over the past 7 days. The Band 8 supports automatic blood oxygen detection, heart health research, women’s health management, and all-day stress monitoring.

HUAWEI Band 8 is available in Midnight Black and Sakura Pink colours in India and costs Rs. 4,699. Flipkart is already selling it. In the near future, Huawei will also launch the HUAWEI Watch Fit 2.
