Qualcomm just announced the date of the Snapdragon Summit as leaks about the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 continue to roll in. Qualcomm’s next Snapdragon Summit will take place on October 21, according to a Chinese tech blog post.
According to newly surfaced images, Qualcomm hasn’t directly announced the launch date of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4. Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 is expected to be unveiled at the next Snapdragon Summit in Hawaii on October 21-23. Because it will be manufactured using TSMC’s 3nm process, this chipset is highly anticipated. There have been leaks suggesting that the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 performs roughly on par with the Apple M3 processor in Geekbench’s multi-core CPU test.
Qualcomm’s Oryon CPU will be included in Snapdragon 8 Gen 4, which should enhance mobile gaming greatly. We also know that Snapdragon 8 Gen 4’s prime core will run at 4.2 GHz. Xiaomi 15 series may be the first smartphone lineup to feature Snapdragon 8 generation 4.
