In China, Realme appears to be preparing to launch two new phones under the V-series. TENAA listings confirm the specs and design of the Realme V60 and V60s smartphones. Interestingly, both models seem identical in all respects. Although Realme is launching two near-identical phones, the specs reveal they are budget-friendly phones.

V60 and V60s both feature a 6.67-inch LCD display with 720×1604 resolution. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 SoC, which is a mid-range processor.

V60 series cameras feature a 32MP rear sensor and an 8MP front-facing camera. A slow wired charging speed of 10W is also part of this minimalist approach.

In spite of this, the phones do have some redeeming qualities. With a 120Hz refresh rate, the display provides a smoother user experience. The phone also comes with a 5,000mAh battery, so it should have a decent battery life. There is also IP64 dust and water resistance on the phone, which provides some protection against the elements.

Among the V60 series, storage and RAM options range from 4GB to 12GB of RAM and 64GB to 512GB of storage. The phone measures 165.6 x 76.1 x 7.94 mm and weighs 192 grams.

It is unclear when the V60 series will be available and on what date. Realme’s last V-line phone was likely the V50s, a budget offering that never made it global. Since Realme’s V-series has always been exclusive to China, this is not surprising. These new V60 series devices are unlikely to be available globally.
