Realme has unveiled its latest smartphone for the Indian market, the C61. Before the official launch and first sale on June 28th, the company has revealed some key specifications and the price.

Realme claims the C61 is “tough as steel” due to its metal frame and ArmorShell Protection.” It is IP54 certified for dust and splash resistance, and features “reinforced glass” on its screen.

Specs:

The new Realme C61 will sport a 6.74-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with 90Hz refresh rate support. Unisoc T612 SoC powers Realme C61 with 6GB/4GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage space. It also gets a microSD card slot.

The Realme C61 will feature a 50MP main sensor coupled with a depth sensor with LED flash. There is an 8MP selfie shooter placed under the waterdrop notch. The Realme C61 will pack a 5000 mAh battery with 45W fast charge support. It will run on Android 14 OS with Realme UI 5.0 on top.

The connectivity options include Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.0, Wifi, and USB Type-C port. There is also a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, FM Radio, and 3.5 mm audio jack.

Also included are a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and a mini capsule, similar to the Dynamic Island on iPhones. A corresponding animation or app page is displayed when certain apps or functions are activated in the camera area.

Pricing:

Realme C61 with 4GB+64GB costs Rs.7699/-, 4GB+128GB at Rs.8499/- and 6GB+128GB at Rs.8999/- in India.

ICICI, SBI, and HDFC bank card holders can get the 6GB+128GB variant for Rs. 8,099 as part of a special bank offer.

It will be available on June 28th on realme.com, Flipkart, and in stores.
