Realme announced yesterday that it would launch the Realme GT 6 in the Chinese market in July. The GT 6 made its global debut recently. Don’t confuse it with this device. Globally, the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipset is used, while the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip is used in the Chinese model. A tipster has revealed the design of the Chinese variant of the GT 6 in the schematic below.
In the image above, we see a first glimpse of the rear panel of the GT 6. It’s unclear from the image whether the GT 6 features a flat display, but the brand teased it yesterday.
The phone’s back panel features a rectangular camera module in the upper-left corner. An LED flash and three cameras are included. It has a 50-megapixel primary camera with a ring LED flash, according to the leaker. Besides the glass back of the GT 6, the middle frame is made of metal. The device will be available in a white variant, among other colors.
It will feature a BOE S1 LTPO OLED panel with a 1.5K resolution and up to 6,000 nits of peak brightness. It may have up to 24GB of RAM, 1TB of storage, and a 6,000mAh battery with 100W charging support. Outside of China, it is unknown if the device will be released.
In China, the Realme GT 6 is expected to launch in July. The Realme 13 Pro series of smartphones will follow. The company will announce the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4-powered Realme GT 7 Pro in the global market as well as in China by the end of this year.
