The price and specifications of the Samsung Galaxy F55 in India have been officially revealed. There are two color options for the new smartphone with a vegan leather back. The Galaxy F55 will be exclusive to Flipkart in India.
Samsung Galaxy F55:
The Galaxy F55 5G sports a larger 6.7 inches FHD+ Super AMOLED+ display with 120Hz refresh rates. It comes with optical in-display fingerprint scanner support with Corning Gorilla Glass 5 on top. The Galaxy F55 5G is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC coupled with 8GB RAM and a 256GB storage option. There is also an option to expand the memory through a microSD card slot.
The new Galaxy F55 5G will feature triple-rear cameras with a 50MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture with OIS, 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide sensor, and a 2MP macro sensor with f/2.4 aperture and LED flash. The device comes with a 50MP selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.2. With features like Nightography, Dual recording, and OIS and VDIS, you can record stable videos in 4K.
The Galaxy F55 5G will ship with the larger 5000 mAh battery but comes with 45W fast charge support. The device weighs just 180g & measures 7.8mm thick.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with 5G, Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Wifi 6.0, A-GPS, NFC, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.2, USB Type-C port, FM Radio, and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner. Samsung Galaxy F55 5G runs on Android 14 with One UI 6.1 on top. There will be five generations of operating system updates and five years of security updates. The Galaxy F55 is available in Raisin Black and Apricot Crush colors with vegan leather backs.
Pricing:
The Samsung Galaxy F55 comes with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and is priced at Rs 26,999. There is also a variant with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage, priced at Rs 29,999.
With the top-end model, you’ll get 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The price of this variant is Rs 32,999. Flipkart will start selling the Galaxy F55 early tonight at 7pm.
With a vegan leather back and saddle stitch pattern, the Galaxy F55 is available in black and orange. For a limited time Samsung is also offering Galaxy Fit3 for Rs.1999/- or 45W fast charger for Rs.499/-. This offer is applicable if you buy the device from May 27 to May 31. There is also flat Rs.2000/- off on HDFC Bank Credit card.
