Every year, Xiaomi refreshes its Redmi Note smartphone line. Redmi Note 13 phones were launched in September 2023, so it’s no surprise the company is already working on its successor.
Here are some early details about these upcoming smartphones. Apparently, the Redmi Note 14 series will focus on a sleek design and camera capabilities, as revealed by tipster Digital Chat Station on Weibo.
According to Digital Chat Station, one of the phones will feature a high-resolution 1.5K AMOLED display. In addition, it will be powered by Qualcomm’s Qualcomm SM7635 chip, commonly known as Snapdragon 7s Gen 3.
According to specs, the device could be the Redmi Note 14 Pro, the successor to the Snapdragon 7s Gen 2-powered Redmi Note 13 Pro. Furthermore, the leak indicates a long-lasting battery with a capacity of 5000mAh or more.
Xiaomi’s past release strategies suggest the Redmi Note 14 Pro, along with another model in the series, could launch sometime in fall 2024. These devices might not be available in global markets until early 2025.
There is no confirmation from Xiaomi about the Redmi Note 14 series, as this is just a leak.
