After a very long wait the much-awaited budget flagship aka POCO F6 5G is officially launched in India. The new POCO F6 5G will be sold exclusively via Flipkart in India.
POCO F6:
The new POCO F6 will sport a 6.67-inch 1.5K 12-bit OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The display also supports HDR10+ along with 2400-nits of peak brightness. It is also protected by Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on top. POCO F6 is powered by the latest Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC. It is coupled with 12GB/16GB LPDDR5X RAM and 256GB/512 GB/1TB UFS 4.0 storage space.
The POCO F6 will feature a 50MP Sony IMX882 (f/1.59) with OIS support. It is coupled with an 8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide. It features a 20MP selfie shooter. The device comes with an under-display fingerprint scanner & also got an X-axis haptic motor. The device also gets a larger 4800mm² ultra-large circular cold pump cooling system for lag-free gaming.
The connectivity options include dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, NFC, a USB-C port, a linear X-axis motor, dual Dolby Atmos stereo speakers, and a 3.5mm audio jack. The POCO F6 5G packs 5000 mAh batteries with 90W fast charge support. It runs on Android 14 with HyperOS on top. The device also gets IP64 dust and water-resistant certified.
POCO F6 also supports AI Air gesture support which can be helpful to scroll without touching the display. It also gets camera AI features like AI Bokeh etc.
Pricing:
POCO F6 5G with 8GB+256GB will cost Rs.29,999/-, 12GB+256GB at Rs.31,999 and 12GB+512GB at Rs.33,999/- in India. With ICICI Bank’s partnership, POCO is offering a flat Rs 2,000 discount on the POCO F6 when it is purchased with credit or debit cards. The POCO F6 is also eligible for a 2,000 rupee exchange bonus. The POCO F6 also comes with a two-year warranty. It goes on sale from May 29.
