The Poco F6 Pro is Xiaomi’s new smartphone set to launch in the global market soon. This device appears to be a rebranded Redmi K70 based on leaks so far. The Poco F6 Pro launch timeline has already been hinted at by tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore ahead of any official announcement by the brand.
The Poco F6 Pro is expected to be unveiled in June, according to Sudhanshu’s tweet. According to the usual trend of Poco F series releases, the F6 Pro will launch first in India before expanding worldwide.
According to Geekbench, the device sports a Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 processor and 16GB of RAM. Based on the assumption that the device is indeed the Redmi K70 rebranded.
POCO F6 Pro:
The POCO F6 Pro 5G sports the new 12-bit OLED 6.67 inches 2K display with 120Hz refresh rates. It also comes with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on top and HDR 10+ support. POCO F6 Pro is powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 SoC coupled with 12GB/16GB RAM and 256GB/512GB/1TB storage version.
The new POCO F6 Pro 5G features triple-rear cameras with a 50MP Light Fusion 800 sensor, with an aperture of f/1.89, OIS+EIS support, an 8MP 120-degree Ultra-wide-angle lens with an aperture of f/2.2, & 2MP macro sensor with an aperture of f/2.4, 1.75μm with LED flash. It comes with a 4K video recording at 30fps and 1080p at 960fps. The Redmi K70 5G comes with a single selfie camera with a 16MP sensor.
The new POCO F6 Pro will feature an in-display fingerprint scanner along with an IR blaster. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE, 5G, Wifi 6e, Dual Frequency GPS, GLONASS, NFC, FM Radio, USB Type-C port, & Bluetooth 5.4 support. The POCO F6 Pro also features a 1217 Linear Speaker along with Smart PA & Dolby Atmos support.
The POCO F6 Pro 5G packs a 5000 mAh battery with 120W fast charging support. The new POCO F6 Pro runs on Android 14 with HyperOS on top.
