Samsung Health will have a monthly subscription rate of “under $10.”. During the initial unveiling of the ring, Samsung Electronics VP Dr. Hon Pak hinted at this.
For example, Fitbit Premium costs $10/month or $80 for a full year, Apple Fitness+ costs the same, and Oura Ring charges $6/month or $70/year for membership. Similar to its competitors, Samsung appears to want to secure some recurring revenue from the Ring.
Apple’s Fitness+ offers video workouts, so what will Galaxy Ring offer? Although we don’t know yet, we have heard that the Galaxy Ring will be integrated with Samsung Food, which might provide more detailed diet suggestions and meal plans than you usually get.
