iQOO is reportedly developing the Neo 9s Pro smartphone. According to reports, it appeared in a recent database of China’s 3C certifications. Digital Chat Station (DCS), a reliable source of tech information, has now revealed some key specifications for this device.
Neo 9s Pro is expected to come with a powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor. The Neo 9s Pro appears to be bringing flagship-level performance to the midrange market, while Qualcomm offers a midrange option (Snapdragon 8s Gen 3). In addition to the SoC, 16GB of RAM is to be found on the device.
DCS also mentions the phone will have a flat 8T LTPO OLED panel with 1.5K resolution. It is possible that the display will be the same 6.78-inch OLED panel with a 144Hz refresh rate as the existing Neo 9 series, although specific details are still unknown.
According to the leak, the phone will support 120W fast charging, but it does not reveal the phone’s battery capacity. On the back, a 50MP main sensor with optical image stabilization (OIS) is touted as the highlight of the triple-camera system.
DCS claims that the phone will have a “very good price.” If this is the case, the iQOO Neo 9s Pro will be more affordable than ever before.
