The Realme 12x 5G price in India, release date, and specs were officially announced on Tuesday. The first phone under Rs 12,000 with 45W charging. The device also offers a 120Hz display, Dynamic Button, Air Gestures, Android 14, and more.
Realme 12x 5G:
Realme 12x 5G will arrive with a 6.72-inch FHD+ (2400×1080p) IPS LCD with a 120Hz refresh rate. It comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner and supports 950nits of peak brightness.
The new Realme 12x 5G is powered by the latest MediaTek Dimensity 6100 Plus SoC coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB storage space.
The device will feature tripe-rear cameras with a 50MP main sensor coupled with a 2MP macro sensor with LED flash. There is an 8MP selfie shooter under the punch-hole notch. The Realme 12x 5G comes with a 5000 mAh battery with 45W fast charge support.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi, Dual Frequency (L1 + L5) GPS, NFC, 3.5mm audio jack, A-GPS, GLONASS, USB Type-C port, FM Radio and Bluetooth 5.2. The device also comes with stereo speakers and gets IP54 certified making it dust and water-resistant.
Realme 12x 5G runs on Android 14 OS with Realme 5.0 on top. The device measures 7.69mm thick and weighs 188g.
Like the Realme 12 series, the Realme 12x 5G features Air Gestures and Dynamic Button. With Air Gestures, you can control certain tasks on your phone, such as answering calls and returning to the previous screen. Dynamic Button is a shortcut button that can be customized for certain actions.
Pricing:
The base model of the Realme 12x 5G comes with 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage and costs Rs 11,999. Two more variants are available, 6GB+128GB and 8GB+128GB, for Rs 13,499 and Rs 14,999, respectively.
The Realme 12x 5G early bird sale will take place today April 2, between 6 PM and 8 PM, on Flipkart and realme.com. Twilight Purple and Woodland Green are the two color options available for the Realme 12x 5G.
