The OnePlus Ace 3 with Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 was unveiled in China in January. As the world’s first Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3 phone, the OnePlus Ace 3V was announced last month. A report claims that OnePlus’ next Ace-branded phone will be the Ace 3 Pro. Tipster Digital Chat Station has revealed the design and specifications of the Pro variant in a new Weibo post.
According to DCS, the OnePlus Ace 3 Pro will have a different design than the current OnePlus flagship phones. On the front, it will feature a 1.5K resolution OLED panel with curved edges. An all-metal middle frame and a glass back will be constructed with a new coating process.
It will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chip under the hood. The device appears to have 16GB of RAM and 1TB of storage in its highest configuration. In previous leaks, it was claimed that it would support 100W charging.
This device will have a 50MP primary camera on its back panel. It seems to have the same IMX890 primary camera as the Ace 3. As of now, it does not appear that a telephoto lens with a 2x optical zoom will be included in the camera setup.
The launch date of the device is not yet known. Therefore, its debut in the first half of the year is uncertain.
