A new teaser has just been shared by Motorola for an upcoming G series mid-range smartphone. Next week, the Moto G64 5G is set to launch in the Indian market. The latest teaser, however, revealed key specs and features of the device before its official release.
Motorola has confirmed the G64 will be unveiled in India on 16th April 2024, which coincides with the Motorola Edge 50 Pro’s European launch. It will be the world’s first smartphone with the MediaTek Dimensity 7025 SoC, according to this teaser.

The new Moto G64 will sport a massive 6.5-inch FHD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate & Corning Gorilla Glass on top. The device is powered by the new MediaTek Dimensity 7025 SoC. It is coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB storage space with microSD card support.
The device features a 50MP main sensor coupled with OIS & an 8MP ultra-wide sensor with LED flash. It features a 16MP selfie shooter under the punch-hole display. The device comes with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner along with IP52 certification making it water-resistant.
Additionally, the device features a large stereo speaker that supports both Dolby Atmos and Moto Spatial Sound, offering improved bass and vocals, as well as improved clarity.
The connectivity options include Dual Band Wifi, 5G, 4G LTE, FM Radio, Dual SIM support, A-GPS, GLONASS, NFC, a 3.5mm audio jack, USB Type-C, and Bluetooth 5.3. The device packs a 6000 mAh battery with 33W fast charge support. It runs on Android 14 OS out of the box. The device measures 8.89mm thick and weighs 192g.
