The Redmi Turbo 3 is the first smartphone in Xiaomi’s new Redmi Turbo series. The company hasn’t shared much official information, but a Geekbench listing revealed details about its processor.
The smartphone’s design has now been revealed in both renders and real-life photos online. Unlike previous Redmi smartphones, the Redmi Turbo 3 has a unique rear design.
What’s interesting about the smartphone is the placement of the camera sensor. On the left, there are two vertically stacked camera lenses. Among them is a 200MP camera with optical image stabilization (OIS).
The center of the camera has a small cutout likely housing a macro sensor. An LED ring-shaped light and the Redmi logo are next to it.
For a clearer view of the design, we have included a set of renders below the hands-on image. In addition to the dual-tone design, the back panel also has curved edges to enhance grip.
There should be a battery capacity of 5500mAh on the phone. According to rumors, the Turbo 3 will have a 6.67-inch 120Hz OLED display and HyperOS based on Android 14. It will ship with new Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC coupled with 12GB/16GB RAM and 256GB/512GB storage space.
Xiaomi is likely to start teasing its arrival and confirm its launch date later this month.
