The Redmi Note 13 Turbo will be launched in China with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor. Up until now, we’ve only heard rumors, including that it might go international as Poco F6, but we can put a face to the name thanks to some leaked images.

Xiaomi’s Redmi General Manager, Thomas Wang, discussed Xiaomi’s legacy of powerful and affordable smartphones. He showed off a new device, describing the front side as “attractive”, and we believe it to be the unreleased Note 13 Turbo.

A short video was posted on social media showing the phone. It appears the phone has an OLED display with a fingerprint scanner underneath a flat panel with a single punch hole for the selfie camera.

There is one Cortex-X4 core at 3 GHz on the Snapdragon 8s, which sits between the second-gen and third-gen Snapdragon 8 chips. In the event that the Note 13 Turbo launches with this SoC, it will be the first device from the popular midrange lineup to feature such an advanced platform.

AndroidHeadlines published a report leaking initial details about the Poco F6 ahead of its expected launch.

Specs:

The upcoming Poco F6 has the codename “period,” according to a previous report. The device’s internal model number is “N61”. Using the Mi code as a source, the report claims the device will feature a Sony IMX882 50-megapixel primary camera. You can also find the same camera on phones such as the Realme 12 Pro 5G and iQOO Z9 5G.

Furthermore, an OmniVision OV20B40 camera will accompany the main camera, likely for macro shots. There is anĀ  8MP Sony IMX355 ultra-wide lens. It is possible that the device will feature a dual-camera system without a macro lens.

According to the report, the Poco F6 has the SM8635, which is the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3. It is expected that the same device will launch in the Chinese market as the Redmi Note 13 Turbo. In addition to OLED panels from TCLD and Tianma, the F6 could feature displays from other Chinese display markets as well. During April or May, we can expect the launch.
