In fact, Samsung is releasing the Galaxy Tab S6 Lite a third time. In 2020, the original launched, then in 2022 there was a rerelease with minor changes (mostly the chipset) and now in 2024 there is a new model Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024). Samsung Romania already sells it, even though there hasn’t been a press release or announcement about it.

The new Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024) sports a 10.4-inch IPS LCD FHD+ display with a resolution of 2000x1200p. The device will also come with support for S-Pen and we are still not sure whether it will be part of the retail package or not.
The new Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024) is powered by Exynos 1280 SoC coupled with 4GB RAM and 64GB/128GB storage option with a microSD card slot. The new Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024) features an 8MP rear camera and a 5MP selfie shooter.
The Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024) comes with both Wifi only and LTE variants. The connectivity option includes Wifi, Bluetooth 5.3, A-GPS, GLONASS, and NFC. It also got 4G LTE, a USB Type-C port, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. The new Galaxy Tab S6 Lite (2024) packs a larger 6840 mAh battery and might come with a 15W fast charger. It runs on Android 14 OS with One UI 6.0 on top.
There are three colour options available: Oxford Grey, Mint, and Chiffon Pink. We don’t know yet how much the tablet will cost or when it will be available.
