Moto G Power 5G (2024) and Moto G (2024) have been added to Motorola’s smartphone portfolio recently. Additionally, the company is teasing its upcoming Edge 50 Pro and Edge 50 Fusion devices. A new Moto G device is making its way to market, probably without much fanfare.

Recently, Motorola Moto G64 5G details were spotted on the Google Play Console. It will reportedly run MediaTek’s Dimensity 7020 chipset from 2023, which is essentially a re-branded Dimensity 930. Aside from two Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.2 GHz, it also has six Cortex-A55 cores clocked at 2.0 GHz, along with an IMG BXM-8-256 GPU. There are two variants of the Moto G64y listed on Google Play Console – one with 8GB of RAM and one with 12GB.

There is no information on the display’s diagonal, but we do know it has a FullHD+ resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels and a reported pixel density of 400 pixels per inch. As can be seen in the included device picture, there is also a selfie punch hole. On the right-hand side of the phone appear to be the volume and power buttons.

The Moto G64y 5G with the same specs appeared on Google Play Console a couple of days ago, but it is no longer listed. It is possible that the listing has been edited to reflect the new name of the device. The Moto G54, which looked very similar last year, may also differ from this year’s model.
