iQOO will announce the iQOO Z9 5G on March 12 in India. Unlike the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3-powered Z9 that will be released in China, the said device is not powered by Qualcomm’s latest generation processor. Recently, the brand announced that the iQOO Z9, equipped with a Dimensity 7200 chip, would be its fastest phone. For the past couple of days, the company has teased a green variant of the device. Here is the poster that confirms the device’s two color variants.
Graphene Blue and Brushed Green colors are confirmed for the iQOO Z9 5G. iQOO has also confirmed the device’s key specifications. On the back of both color variants, there is an attractive pattern and a contrasting black camera module.
iQOO Z9 will be equipped with an AMOLED panel that will offer up to 1800 nits of peak brightness. It is unclear what size the Z9’s screen will be, but it will have a 120Hz refresh rate and a 300Hz touch sampling rate. There are two speakers on the device for audiophiles.
With a 5,000mAh battery, the device still sports a slim 7.83mm profile. There will be a 50-megapixel Sony IMX882 primary camera with OIS on the device for photography. We don’t know the rest of its specs.
