According to popular tipster Digital Chat Station, Realme may soon launch its next GT series smartphone, the Realme GT Neo 6, in China. It will feature the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor (SM8635) and a 1.5K display.
The Geekbench benchmark information for Realme’s new phone, the RMX3851, has been leaked recently. According to benchmark scores, the device is expected to use the SM8635 processor. Because of their variability, the single-core score of 1512 and multi-core score of 3799 do not provide definitive insights into the device’s performance.
The processor’s architecture includes 1 x 3.01GHz Cortex-X4, 4 x 2.61GHz Cortex-A720, and 3 x 1.84GHz Cortex-A520 cores. That is aligned with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. If you are unfamiliar with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, it utilizes the same cores, but at a slightly higher frequency. This chip has the Adreno 735 GPU, which is a slight downgrade from the Adreno 750 of the flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Taking into account the leaks, the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 promises robust performance to meet modern mobile users’ needs.
Qualcomm’s SM7675 and SM8635 chips are expected to hit the market in March, according to Ice Universe. As part of Qualcomm’s Cliff’s development code name, both chips are expected to have the same architecture.
