OnePlus is back with some more exciting launches later this year. After back-to-back flagship launches the brand will now launch its mid-range smartphones soon under the Nord lineup. Previously we got a report revealing the specs of the OnePlus Nord CE 5 to be rebranded Oppo K12. Now we have another leak that reveals the key specs of the new OnePlus Nord 5.
As per the source, OnePlus will skip the Nord 4 series this time and directly jump to the Nord 5 series as we all know Chinese companies treat number 4 as unlucky. The source revealed the key specs of the top-end OnePlus Nord 5 ahead of the launch.
OnePlus Nord 5:
As per the tipster, the OnePlus Nord 5 will sport a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate support. Sadly the resolution of the display is still unknown but we expect it to be of 1.5K. The OnePlus Nord 5 will feature a 50MP main camera with OIS support.
Further, the device will be powered by the new Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC which is the downgraded version of Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 SoC. It will run on Android 14 with OxygenOS 14 on top. Lastly, the source expects that OnePlus Nord 5 would be priced under Rs.35,000/- in India. Apart from this nothing much about the device is known.
OnePlus Nord CE 5 & OnePlus Nord CE 5 Lite:
OnePlus will also launch the cheaper OnePlus Nord CE 5 & OnePlus Nord CE 5 Lite later this year. The source also revealed the key specs of the new OnePlus Nord CE 5 & OnePlus Nord CE 5 Lite.
As per the source, the OnePlus Nord CE 5 & OnePlus Nord CE 5 Lite will be powered by Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 & Snapdragon 6 Gen 1 SoC respectively. The source revealed that the OnePlus Nord CE 5 Lite would be priced under Rs.20,000/- whereas the OnePlus Nord CE 5 is under Rs.28,000/- in India. Apart from this nothing much about the device is known. Recently we got a major leak claiming that Oppo K12 will be rebranded as OnePlus Nord CE 5 for Global regions.
