The Geekbench 5 benchmark database has revealed a new Google smartphone codenamed Tokay. Geekbench 5 gave the Google Tokay 1082 points in the single-core test. In the multi-core round, it scored 3121 points. It may be the Google Tensor G4 SoCĀ that will power the upcoming Pixel phones.
In comparison with the Google Pixel 8 and Google Pixel 8 Pro Geekbench 5 benchmark scores, these scores are slightly lower, raising questions about the validity of the benchmark. Geekbench database listings have also been spoofable in the past, so we advise our readers to take this listing with a grain of salt.
Its processor details are also revealed in the Google Tokay Geekbench listing. Google’s Pixel smartphone will sport an octa-core processor with a prime core clocked at 3.10GHz, three cores clocked at 2.60GHz, and four cores clocked at 1.95GHz. Additionally, the listing reveals that the device features an integrated Mali G715 GPU with 8GB of RAM.
First appearance on a benchmarking or certification website for this smartphone. There is no word on the moniker of the Google Tokay, but we speculate that this is a device from the Google Pixel 9 series.
