Realme is preparing to make an announcement today morning at 7:30 am local time in India. The Realme 12 Pro series smartphones are expected to be launched in the country soon. Pro and Pro+ variants of the lineup have already been certified by BIS. According to tipster Ishan Agarwal, a new leak reveals information about the Realme 12 Pro series.
According to reports, the Realme 12 Pro+ will be powered by a Snapdragon 7s Gen 2 processor. In India, the Redmi Note 13 Pro will feature this same chipset. According to reports, the Realme 12 series will feature a circular camera module with three sensors. The Pro+ variant comes with a 64MP OmniVision OV64B periscope telephoto lens. Meanwhile, the Pro will feature a 32MP Sony IMX709 telephoto lens. The Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC will power this model.
By the end of this month or in February, the Realme 12 Pro Series is expected to launch in India. Realme 11 Pro series will be succeeded by Realme 12 Pro series. Realme 12 Pro has not yet been launched in China. An upcoming Number series device will have a periscope zoom lens, the brand announced last November. The Realme India company recently teased a flagship smartphone with a periscope camera. In China, the Realme GT 5 Pro debuted last month with flagship specifications.
