The Samsung Galaxy S24 series smartphones will be unveiled in less than a month. It has been confirmed that the Galaxy Unpacked event will take place on March 29 by Evan Blass, a reliable tipster. Android Headlines and Winfuture have also revealed official renders showing the design and color options for the upcoming smartphones.
Samsung Galaxy S24 & Galaxy S24+:
Design:
Samsung will debut the vanilla Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+ smartphones in the colors that were previously leaked. Smartphones will be available in Onyx Black, Marble Gray, Cobalt Violet, and Amber Yellow colors. Samsung will also debut blue, green, and orange smartphones exclusively on Samsung.com.
It appears that the upcoming smartphones will feature rounded corners. On the right side of the device are the power and volume buttons. There is a USB Type-C port, SIM card tray, microphone, and speaker grille on the bottom of the device. Samsung will equip the device with a metallic body according to the images, which reveal the antenna lines.
Specs:
The Galaxy S24+ will come with the upgraded 6.7-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X QHD+ panel. The Galaxy S23 will sport a 6.2-inch Dynamic AMOLED FHD+ display. Both the devices will still support 48Hz-120Hz adaptive refresh rate support along with HDR10+ & the latest Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 on top. Armor Aluminum 2.0 frames are used on the Galaxy S24 and Galaxy S24+.
The Galaxy S24 & Galaxy S24+ are powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC or Exynos 2400 SoC depending on regions. It comes with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB/512GB storage.
The Galaxy S24 & Galaxy S24+ will feature a 50MP main sensor with f/1.8 aperture along with Dual Pixel technology. It comes with a 12MP ultra-wide sensor with 2x optical zoom and a 10MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, OIS. There is a 12MP (f/2.2) selfie shooter on both the Galaxy S24 & Galaxy S24+.
The Galaxy S24+ packs 4900 mAh whereas the Galaxy S23 with 4000 mAh battery with 45W fast wired charging support. It also gets 25W wireless fast charge and 10W reverse wireless charging support. Both the devices run on Android 14 OS with OneUI 6.1 on top.
The Galaxy S24 series comes with standard connectivity options like Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE, VoLTE, 5G, Wifi 6x, Wifi 7 (S24+) NFC, UWB, USB Type-C port, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.3, ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner support. The Galaxy S24 & Galaxy S24+ will also have support for water and dust resistance as it has an IP68 rating.
In addition, both models will be equipped with improved cooling (probably to handle AI capabilities more effectively). In comparison to last year’s models, the S24 is likely to have a 1.5x larger vapor chamber, while the S24 Plus will likely have a 1.6x larger one.
Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra:
The Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphone will be available in Titanium Grey, Titanium Violet, Titanium Yellow, and Titanium Black colors. According to the images, Samsung will equip the smartphones with a flat AMOLED panel instead of curved panels.
On the right side of the device, you’ll find the power button and volume rocker. There are large bezels on all four sides of the screen on the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra smartphone. Additionally, Samsung will debut the smartphone in three more colors exclusively on Samsung.com.
Also confirmed in the render is Samsung’s S Pen stylus, which matches the phone’s color. Silver, light brown, and green are likely to be these colors.

This time the device comes with a titanium frame which offers a premium feel. The S24 Ultra will likely have a 1.9 times larger vapor chamber than its predecessor.
The Galaxy S24 Ultra comes with a 200MP main sensor coupled with OIS & 2x optical zoom. There is a 12MP f/2.2 aperture ultra-wide sensor with 3x optical zoom and dual Pixel AF along with a 50MP & 10MP telephoto lens, OIS, 5x & 10x optical zoom.
There is a 12MP selfie shooter with an f/2.2 aperture. It comes with S-pen support and packs a 5000 mAh battery with 45W fast charge & 10W reverse wireless charge. It runs on Android 14 with One UI 6.1 on top.
