By the end of the year, iQOO will unveil the high-performance iQOO Neo 9 series in China, which includes two smartphones: the Neo 9 and Neo 9 Pro. Although the exact launch date has not been confirmed by the brand, a recent leak has revealed it.
A Weibo tipster shared a leaked promotional poster for iQOO Neo 9 series, suggesting a December 27 launch date. According to the tipster, the smartphone was initially scheduled to debut earlier but has been postponed. These devices are expected to be available globally in early 2024.
iQOO Neo9 Pro:
The new iQOO Neo9 Pro sports 6.78 inches 1.5K AMOLED with 144Hz refresh rates and HDR10+ support. The iQOO Neo9 Pro is powered by Dimensity 9300 SoC. It is coupled with 16GB RAM and 512GB/256GB storage options. As with the flagship iQOO 12 5G smartphone, the iQOO Neo 9 will also be equipped with the Q1 Supercomputing chipset. With the Q1 Supercomputing chipset, the device will perform better during gaming.
The new iQOO Neo9 Pro features dual-rear cameras with a 50MP main sensor having an aperture of f/1.9 with OIS & 50MP 120-degree Ultra-Wide angle lens with an aperture of f/2.2 with LED flash. The device uses a 16MP selfie shooter with an aperture of f/2.46. The device also features V1+ ISP support. The iQOO Neo9 Pro 5G features an in-display fingerprint scanner with an AK4377A Hi-Fi chip and hi-res audio certification.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and 5G, A-GPS, GLONASS, Dual Band Wifi, Bluetooth 5.4, USB Type-C port, and a 3.5 mm audio jack. The new iQOO Neo9 Pro packs a 5000 mAh battery with 120W Super Flash Charge support. It runs on Android 14 with iQOO UI 4.0 on top.
