Poco is reportedly working on the Poco F6 5G and Poco F6 Pro 5G for the global market, including India. According to reports, these devices are rebranded versions of Redmi K70 series devices scheduled for release this month in China. Recently, the BIS authority of India approved the Indian variant of the Poco F6, which bears the model number 2311DRK48I. IMDA has now certified its global version with the 2311DRK48G model number. According to these certifications, the Poco F6 will launch in multiple markets soon.
In IMDA’s database, a Poco device with 2311DRK48G has been identified. Despite the listing not revealing its final moniker, it is believed to be the Poco F6 5G. There is no information about the specifications of the device in the listing.
Redmi K70e will be the first smartphone in the world to feature the Dimensity 8300-Ultra chip. According to Geekbench, the model number of the device is 2311DRK48C. As a result, it appears that the Poco F6 is a rebranded version of the Redmi K70e.

The new Redmi K70E 5G features triple-rear cameras with a 64MP primary sensor with an aperture of f/1.89, OIS support, an 8MP 120-degree Ultra-wide-angle lens with an aperture of f/2.2, & 2MP macro sensor with an aperture of f/2.4, 1.75μm with LED flash. It comes with 4K video recording at 30fps and 720p at 960fps. The Redmi K70E 5G comes with a single selfie camera with a 16MP sensor.
The new Redmi K70E will feature an in-display fingerprint scanner along with an IR blaster. The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 4G LTE and VoLTE, 5G, Wifi 6e, Dual Frequency GPS, GLONASS, NFC, FM Radio, USB Type-C port, & Bluetooth 5.3 support. The Redmi K70E also features a 1217 Linear Speaker along with Smart PA & Dolby Atmos support.
The Redmi K70E 5G packs a 5500 mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. The new Redmi K70E runs on Android 14 with HyperOS on top.
