On December 5, OnePlus will launch its next flagship smartphone, the OnePlus 12. Several days ahead of the official launch, the company has confirmed key details about the device.
According to tipster Max Jambor, the OnePlus 12 series will debut in India on January 23. On the same day, OnePlus will conclude its giveaway for the OnePlus 12. According to the brand’s past records, this upcoming smartphone lineup will be unveiled simultaneously in India, the USA, the UK, and a few European nations. In February, OnePlus introduced the OnePlus 11 and the OnePlus 11R 5G in India.
According to OnePlus China president Li Jie, the device will support wireless charging (Via: Android Authority). Even though the executive did not reveal charging details, it is possible that the handset will support 50W wireless charging, as previously rumored. As revealed by the 3C certification, the device will support 100W wired fast charging.
According to reports, the smartphone will have an AMOLED display with a resolution of 2K. According to OnePlus, the device will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC. On the back, there will be a triple-camera setup.
