Oppo Find N3 will be released in China this month. OnePlus Open will also be available in international markets.
We finally know when this phone will be officially released after months of leaks and teasers. The launch date of Oppo’s latest foldable smartphone has been revealed.
Oppo Find N3 will launch in China on October 19. The event will begin at 2:30 PM GMT+8 and the announcement will take place then.
OnePlus Open, the global version of this product, may also go official on the same day. It has not been confirmed as of the time this article was written.
We already know almost everything about this handset thanks to numerous leaks. With its impressive hardware, Oppo’s third horizontal folding foldable will challenge Samsung’s Galaxy Z Fold 5.
Its internal display is 7.8 inches, and its external screen is 6.31 inches with an aspect ratio similar to a slab smartphone. The device will be powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 chip with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage.
On the rear, the phone will feature a triple camera system tuned by Hasselblad. It will be equipped with a 48MP primary sensor, a 48MP ultra-wide sensor, and a 64MP 3x telephoto sensor.
Live images leaked:
Gaofei Wang, Weibo’s CEO, shared the photos on the Chinese microblogging platform but later deleted them. Before the site was taken down, the Chinese website ITHome had collected the details.
In real-life photos, the Find N3 is shown in a new red color, which wasn’t seen in renders. The leather back on this variant appears to be different from the glass back on the green and gold variants that Oppo teased. This red color option may be reserved for a launch-exclusive release by Oppo.
The real-life photos also reveal that the Find N3 is slightly thicker but a bit lighter than the Huawei Mate X3. Using a measuring device, Wang determined the Find N3’s weight and thickness to be 244.8g and 12.44mm thick.
