An image claiming to show the iQOO 12 appeared last week on China’s micro-blogging platform, Weibo. Due to the poor quality of the picture, it was difficult to discern the design of the smartphone. According to the image, the device featured a camera module shaped like a squircle, seemingly mounted on a white glass surface. In response, a Chinese tipster has now shared rendered images that were created from the leaked photo. Despite the fact that the images below are not official renders of the iQOO 12, they are rather artistic representations derived from the original leak.
A recent report claims that the iQOO 12 and 12 Pro will be available in three colors: black, white, and red. According to the mock renders, one of the devices has a flat display, while the other has a curved screen. According to reports, the iQOO 12 and 12 Pro will feature these specific display designs.
The rear panels of both smartphones appear to be almost identical. There is a square-shaped camera module with rounded corners on the upper-left corner of the iQOO 12 series. A pill-shaped vertical LED flash rests on the right side of the camera module, which houses three cameras and VCS+ branding.
The iQOO 12 and 12 Pro smartphones will be unveiled in China on Nov. 7, according to a recent report. These devices will be powered by the new Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset. According to another report, the iQOO 12 is expected to debut in India in November, marking it as the first Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 smartphone there.
