In recent weeks, there have been rumors about Vivo V29 5G launching in India. Both the Vivo V29 and Vivo V29 Pro 5G will launch in the country later this month, according to 91mobiles. Here are more details about the design and cameras in another exclusive.
Both the V29 and V29 Pro will feature 1.5K AMOLED displays, 120Hz refresh rates, and HDR10+ certification, according to industry sources. The bodies of both phones are claimed to be ultra-slim and lightweight.
The Vivo V29 Pro is expected to come with a SonyIMX 766 sensor, while the V29 is said to come with an ISOCELL GN5 sensor. Vivo V29 and V29 Pro will feature Smart Aura Light, an upgraded version of Aura Light.
It has been confirmed that both models will support 80W charging.

The new Vivo V29 will sport a 6.78-inch FHD+ AMOLED curved display (2800×1260p) with 120Hz refresh rates. The Vivo V29 comes with the SD778G SoC coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 256GB storage space. In addition to this, the smartphone is equipped with an ultra-large VC bionic cooling system.
The Vivo V29 comes with a 50MP main sensor with OIS support, 8MP ultra-wide & 2MP macro sensor with LED flash. On the front, the smartphones ship with a massive 50MP selfie shooter with dual-LED flash.
The connectivity option includes Dual SIM with Dual 5G, 4G LTE, VoLTE support, Dual Band Wifi, A-GPS, GLONASS, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, and USB Type-C port.
It packs a 4600 mAh battery with 80W fast charging support. The device runs on Android 13 with OriginOS 3.0 on top. It measures 7.4mm thick and weighs 182g. The device also gets NFC and in-display fingerprint support. Furthermore, the device supports eSIM and is water and dust-resistant according to IP68.
