Samsung Galaxy Fit-e

While the smart ring has been talked about, a new wearable with SM-R390 has been spotted on FCC. The new wearable appears to be the successor to the Galaxy Fit2, which was launched three years ago.

A listing reveals the rear design schematics of the wearable, which includes a heart rate sensor and certification information. It was even possible to spot the pogo pin charger that has been part of the Galaxy Fit series for several years. According to the rating information on the rear side of the schematic, it comes with a 5W adapter. In addition, the battery B319 is used for testing.

The Galaxy Fit 2 was launched a few years ago with a 1.1-inch AMOLED display and 5ATM water resistance. As with its predecessor, the new Galaxy Fit 3 is expected to feature a heart rate sensor, accelerometer, automatic workout detection, sleep tracking, and a few new features. Moreover, it will surely offer utility features such as notifications sync, music controls, etc. With the current competition in the same segment, Samsung is expected to bring a Calling feature.

All the above features will be supported by rtOS. The certification listing confirms Samsung is working on a new Wearable, but nothing has been confirmed from Samsung.
