Motorola announced the Edge 40 Pro in April, followed by the Edge 40 a month later. Motorola Edge 40 Neo is the latest addition to the Edge 40 lineup.
Motorola Edge 40 Neo:
The new Motorola Edge 40 Neo will sport a 6.55-inch FHD+ 10-bit pOLED curved display. It comes with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400p with 10-bit colors & supports a 144Hz refresh rate. The device gets in-display fingerprint scanner support & comes with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on top.
The device is powered by the new Dimensity 1050 SoC coupled with 12GB RAM and 256GB UFS 3.1 storage space. It measures 7.8mm thick and weighs 170g.
The Motorola Edge 40 Neo will feature a 50MP main 1/1.55″ sensor with OIS coupled with a 13MP ultra-wide with 120-degrees FoV. There is a 32MP selfie shooter under the punch-hole notch.
The connectivity options include an in-display fingerprint scanner, Dual 5G support, USB-C with DisplayPort 1.4 support, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and GPS. This time the device also gets IP68 certified making it dust and water-resistant.
All this is packed with a 5000 mAh battery with 68W fast charge support. It runs on Android 13 OS out of the box.
As part of the Edge 40 Neo’s bundled protective case, Lenovo has partnered with a good company. The product is 100% biodegradable and made from plants. To avoid wastage, Agood will repurpose the old case into something new when it’s time to replace it.

With a starting price of €399 (Rs.35,600/-), the Motorola Edge 40 Neo will be available in EMEA from today. On September 21, Motorola India’s official website, Flipkart, and retail stores across the country will launch the phone.
