According to reports, iQOO is working on the iQOO 12 series of smartphones. Earlier reports indicated that iQOO would launch the iQOO 12 and iQOO 12 Pro smartphones.
Chinese tipster Digital Chat Station previously revealed the iQOO 12’s fast charging and other key specifications. Later, the tipster revealed the primary camera specifications of the upcoming device. The tipster has posted some more specifications of the device.
According to reports, the specifications relate to the iQOO 12 Pro smartphone. The tipster confirms that the upcoming smartphone will feature a Samsung E7 AMOLED display. The upcoming device’s screen size is not explicitly disclosed by DCS. The upcoming smartphone is expected to feature a 2K AMOLED display. The display will also feature a massive 144Hz refresh rate.
A metal frame will be used by iQOO to improve the device’s build quality, says the tipster. According to a recent report, OnePlus 12, Realme GT 5 Pro, Vivo X100 Pro, and Vivo X100 Pro+ will feature metal frames. iQOO will equip the smartphone with a large battery that supports 200W fast charging.
Additionally, iQOO is expected to equip the 12 Pro with an ultrasonic fingerprint scanner and a USB Type-C 3.x port. The smartphone will also feature quad rear cameras from the Chinese OEM. There will be a 50MP OV50H primary sensor and a 64MP OV64B periscope lens on the device. There are no details about the telephoto, ultra-wide-angle lens, or front camera at this time.
