Over the last decade, Samsung has introduced its Galaxy S flagships in the first quarter of the year. A recent tip suggests that the Galaxy S24 series will arrive quite early – the Unpacked event is slated for January 18.

In this case, the early launch will be due to a more pragmatic reason – Samsung and Qualcomm will be releasing their next-gen chipsets earlier, and they will have final products ready by the time Galaxy S24 arrives.
