The new notch feature which takes the space between the pill is called Dynamic Island. It also activates accessibility features like Magnifier; or uses Shortcuts. To get more options with the single-function switch used to toggle between ring and silent. Press-and-hold gestures with finely tuned haptic feedback and visual cues in the Dynamic Island ensure the new button launches the intended action.

Apple will introduce Smart Data Mode which toggles between 4G and 5G based on app bandwidth to increase the battery life.
The connectivity options include Wifi-6e, A-GPS, GLONASS, NFC, Bluetooth 5.3, USB Type-C, and Dual SIM with 5G support. It will also come with a new U2 UWB SoC. Apple will not include the charger and earphones along with the new iPhone 15 series. It comes with 25W fast charge support. It runs on iOS 17 out of the box. The new iPhone 15 Pro price starts at $999 (Rs.73,000/-) for base 128GB & $1099 (Rs.80,500/-) for iPhone 13 Pro Max with 128GB. Both devices will come in three storage options 128GB/256GB/512GB/1TB. The new iPhone 15 Pro Max & the iPhone 13 Pro will go on sale from Sept 22.
