Several months ago, Samsung unveiled the Galaxy S23 Ultra with an Armor Aluminum frame. It is said, however, that the Galaxy S24 Ultra will have a titanium frame next year, making it more durable. Ice Universe, a reliable tipster, has good news for those who thought that would make the S24 Ultra heavier.

According to the tipster, the Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra will weigh 233g, 1g lighter than the Galaxy S23 Ultra. It would be interesting to know how Samsung managed this since titanium is denser and tougher than aluminum.

As per the source, the new Galaxy S24 Ultra will now be powered by Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC or Exynos 2400 SoC. So this time there are two different chipsets powering the new Galaxy S24 Ultra.

Further, the new Galaxy S24 Ultra will come with the same 200MP main sensor coupled with 12MP ultra-wide camera. It will now get a massive 50MP telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom along with 10MP periscopic camera. The selfie camera is upgraded to 12MP this time.

Lastly, the device will pack the same 5000 mAh battery with 45W fast charge support.
