There are rumors that Samsung Galaxy S24 smartphones will come with new display tech and an increased base variant configuration. There are three Galaxy S24 models: Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus, and Galaxy S24 Ultra. Samsung’s Galaxy S24 series will launch in February 2024, and Chosun reports it will have a better display than the iPhone 15.
Recently, almost all significant specifications of the Samsung Galaxy S24 series have been leaked. All three models’ base variants will have more RAM and storage, according to the latest leak. According to the South Korean publication, the Galaxy S24, Galaxy S24 Plus, and Galaxy S24 Ultra will come with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. Samsung fans will not have to spend more on extra memory, which is great news. As a matter of fact, the Samsung Galaxy S23 series was launched with 8GB of RAM for the base model.
Samsung Display is said to be supplying the latest display technology to the Samsung Galaxy S24 series as well. According to the publication, all Samsung Galaxy S24 series will get the M13 series OLED panels, which are thinner and more efficient than the last generation M12 OLED panels. Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5 and Z Fold5 use M12 OLED panels.
According to reports, the same panel will also be used in the upcoming iPhone 15 series. Samsung’s Galaxy S24 series will have an edge over Apple’s iPhone 15. Compared to the latest iPhones, the Galaxy S24 series’ M13 OLED panels will be brighter and more battery-efficient.
