A countdown is being run on the company’s official Twitter handle with the letters in its brand name. Having tweeted the letter ‘H’ yesterday to say Hello India, the brand has tweeted the letter ‘O’, which closely resembles the camera module of Honor X9a.
With the message ‘Optimum Tech is on its way’, they have shared the letter O in a similar aesthetic. A debate has erupted online over the design and style of the letter O, with many speculating that the Honor X9a will be the brand’s debut smartphone in India.
As Honor just launched Honor X9 in India, X9a seems a logical next step in terms of nomenclature. Furthermore, the dual-layer circular O symbol is uncannily similar to the camera island of the X9a. We can expect the brand to tweet out the letters N, O, and R before announcing anything concrete at this point.
