Motorola announced the mid-range smartphone Motorola Edge 40 earlier this year. Now the company is looking to launch another cheaper variant under the Edge 40 series. Yes, the new Motorola Edge 40 Neo will be the next smartphone that might launch soon. As per the source, Amazon has accidentally listed the new Motorola Edge 40 Neo which revealed the specs & pricing details.
Motorola Edge 40 Neo:
The new Motorola Edge 40 will sport 6.55 inches FHD+ 10-bit OLED curved display. It comes with a resolution of 1,080 x 2,400p with 10-bit colors & supports a 144Hz refresh rate. The device gets in-display fingerprint scanner support & comes with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus on top.
The device is powered by the new Dimensity 1050 SoC coupled with 8GB/12GB RAM and 128GB/256GB UFS 3.1 storage space.
The Motorola Edge 40 Neo will feature a 50MP main 1/1.55″ sensor with OIS coupled with a 13MP ultra-wide with 120-degrees FoV. There is a 32MP selfie shooter under the punch-hole notch.
The connectivity options include an in-display fingerprint scanner, Dual 5G support, USB-C with DisplayPort 1.4 support, WiFi 6E, Bluetooth 5.3, NFC, and GPS. This time the device also gets IP68 certified making it dust and water-resistant.
All this is packed with a 5000 mAh battery with 68W fast charge support. It runs on Android 13 OS out of the box.
As per the listing, the Motorola Edge 40 Neo will cost 399 Euros (Rs.36,500/-) for the 12GB+256GB variant. The tipster confirmed that this device might never make its way to India.
