Despite an official confirmation from Apple, the iPhone 15 series launch event date appears to have been revealed. Although recent reports claim the launch might be delayed, the Cupertino-based tech giant usually launches its new iPhones in September. According to a new report, the iPhone 15 event will take place on September 13th.
Several US mobile carriers have asked employees not to take a day off on September 13th in anticipation of a major smartphone announcement. According to the launch timeline for Apple’s iPhones, the smartphone brand isn’t yet known but is speculated to be Apple.
Even though Apple usually holds its events on Tuesdays, September 13th is a Wednesday, but last year’s iPhone event was also on a Wednesday. Again, this is all speculation, and Apple has not confirmed anything.
There is also a possibility that Apple’s new iPhones could be delayed. It is reported that Apple may have to delay the launch until Q4, which falls between October and December. Moreover, reports indicate that the iPhone 15 Pro and Pro Max models will be available in limited quantities at launch. A second report by The Information, however, suggests that the September launch will go as planned, but there will be a shortage of iPhone units.
We can also expect the new Apple Watch Series 9 & Watch Ultra 2 will also launch on the same date as iPhone 15 Series.
