Xiaomi is expected to announce its 14 series of flagship phones in China in November. Before the end of this year, it is rumored that its sub-brand will also announce the Redmi K70 series of affordable flagships. Digital Chat Station apparently leaked the key specifications of the alleged Redmi K70 Pro on Weibo.
Redmi K70 Pro will be powered by Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, according to DCS’ Weibo post. According to previous leaks, the Redmi K70 and K70 Pro will feature the Snapdragon 8 Gen2 and Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipsets, respectively.
The tipster also mentioned that the device will have a 5,120mAh battery that supports 120W fast charging. Moreover, the entire series will have a 2K resolution display.
Aside from the K70 and K70 Pro, the Redmi K70e replaces last year’s Redmi K60e with the Dimensity 8200 chip. The K70e is likely to be equipped with the Dimensity 8300 chipset. It is rumored that the K70 series will feature a leather-textured rear panel and telephoto lenses.
Various reports suggest that the Redmi K70e, K70, and K70 Pro each have a model number, which is 23117RK66C, 2311DRK48C, and 23113RKC6C respectively. The Redmi K70e may remain exclusively available in China. In global markets, including India, the K70 and K70 Pro will be marketed as the Poco F6 and Poco F6 Pro.
