Galaxy Unpacked will be held in South Korea for the first time in Samsung’s history. It has now been revealed when the launch will take place.
Samsung’s Galaxy Unpacked event will take place on the 26th of July at 7:00 AM ET. Also teased in the poster is the brand’s next-generation foldable smartphone.
Samsung’s official website and YouTube channel will live stream the Galaxy Unpacked launch event. Samsung is also expected to launch a few other devices at the event, including the Galaxy Watch 6 series, tablets, and earphones in addition to the Galaxy Z Fold 5 and Galaxy Z Flip 5.
The Galaxy Z Fold 5 is expected to be an incremental update with a smaller and lighter design, a more durable hinge, and an improved user experience. As for the Galaxy Z Flip 5, it will have a larger display and a more powerful processor.
Customers who pre-order the foldable smartphones will receive a $50 credit when they place a pre-order. Reservations will be accepted starting tonight through July 25.
For Indian users, Samsung has now begun taking pre-orders for Galaxy Z Fold5. One has to pay Rs.2000/- to reserve the device and pre-orders start from July 6 to July 26. Those who pre-order will get benefits worth Rs.5000/-.
Lastly, we also got the Indian launch details of the new Galaxy Z Flip5 & Galaxy Z Fold5. The new Galaxy Z Flip5 & Galaxy Z Fold5 will go on sale from Aug 18 in India.
